I currently accept most Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans, Husky insurance and self pay.

Sliding scale for self pay clients may be available to you. Please discuss this with me prior to scheduling the first appointment.

If I am OON with your insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with a statement of services that you can submit to your insurance company.

The regular fee for a 45-50 minute session is $150.

Payment in full is expected by cash, check or credit card on file at the time of each session.
